This app is the internal dashboard of Sudha Interiors, Manipal. It is used by people who work here, on accounts this company creates. It is not a product for the public, there is no sign-up that grants access on its own, and nothing in it is open to clients or visitors.

What it records about you

• Who you are — your name, work email, phone number if you give one, and your employee code, designation and department.
• Where you are, while you are signed in — your position, and how accurate the phone said it was. This is described in full below.
• What you put in — photographs of site progress and snags, documents you attach, and the ordinary business records you create: quotations, orders, bills, expense claims and notes.
• What you did — an audit record of changes made to key records, so a disputed figure can be traced to who changed it and when.

Location, specifically

Roles that work on sites report their position so that arriving at a site is logged against the right project without anyone filling in a form. Three things are worth saying plainly:

• It runs only while the app is open and you are signed in. Closing it stops the recording. It does not track you in the background or when you are not at work.
• You can refuse the permission, and you can withdraw it at any time in your phone’s settings. The rest of the app continues to work.
• Position history is deleted after 30 days, on a schedule, for everybody equally.

You can see everything recorded about you: the app shows whether it is running and which site you are counted as being on, and your own trail is visible to you.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside the company. This data is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to build any profile beyond running the business. Inside the company, access follows your role, and it is enforced by the database rather than by the screens — someone who is not on a project cannot read its records at all.

Two suppliers process data on our behalf, under their own agreements: Supabase, which hosts the database and sign-in (in its Mumbai region), and Vercel, which serves the application. We do not use analytics or advertising services.

How long it is kept

Location history, 30 days. Your account details, for as long as you work here and a reasonable period after. Business and accounting records are kept for the periods Indian law requires of a company’s books, which is a number of years under both the Companies Act and the GST Act — so an invoice or a ledger entry you created will outlast your account, and cannot be removed on request.

Security

Everything travels over an encrypted connection. Access is restricted by role and enforced in the database. Passwords are stored hashed by the authentication provider and are not visible to anyone here.

Your choices

You can ask to see what is held about you, to have something corrected, or to have your account closed and its personal data deleted — see deleting your account. Refusing the location permission is always available to you and is not a disciplinary matter.

Children

This app is for employees and is not intended for anyone under 18.
